Words can not explain how GREAT the service was today at our home - I am sorry I don't have the names of the 2 guys that came out, but they were AWESOME! They explained everything to us in detail and went to work fast. I fell they deserve a BIG RAISE - they represented your company very well.

I had serious smoke damage in my living room, dining room, kitchen, lower family room abs upstairs bathroom and bedroom. Hallways and entrance. SERVPRO came and cleaned out the vents and ducts. The cleaning crew came a few days later and did a wonderful job of cleaning the ceilings, walls, cupboards, floors. They even took my dishes out of my china cabinet and washed and replaced them as well as all if my dishes in each of my kitchen cupboards. And when they left my hardwood floors were sparkling shiny!!

I had a fire in my bedroom that was more disturbing to me emotionally than the actual damage.  I dealt with my insurance who brought in SERVPRO and I definitely am thrilled to have used them.  A lasting impression was made on me by the woman who scheduled and showed up to help on my job, her name was Melanie.  The crews she worked with in getting my belongings packed and moved out of the APT, to the cleaning of my stuff, to the move back, she was always there to call or email or answer questions.  Customer Service is surely one of  their strong suits, I felt they actually cared.  The work performed was done quickly and efficiently, the cleaning of my personal property was great and moving back was just as awesome of an experience!  THANK YOU SERVPRO for your help and assistance with my loss, and special thanks to Melanie and staff for being "Human" with me, calming my anxiety and helping me in any manner I needed. JOB WELL DONE !

This is the first service company I've ever highly rated. From the owner, to every single person that came into my house- the service was excellent. Very thorough communications and they worked fantastically with my insurance company. I highly recommend them if you ever are in need of a disaster cleanup or restoration company.
